The above plans are subject to the following conditions:

1.        The internet usage charges will be payable separately by the customer to the concerned ISP. In places where CLI based Internet facility is available, the additional charges@Rs. 0.10/- per minutes shall be payable. ;

2.        This scheme is considered only where surplus capacity is available.

3.     Only existing customers of BSNL can avail of the second telephone exclusively for Internet.

4.        The scheme is available to only individual customers and not for commercial users like Internet Dhabas, Internet Cafes etc. The 2nd bfone for internet shall be installed at residential premises only and application for 2nd bfone connection should be in name of individual only.

5.    In case 2nd bfone is installed at official/ commercial premises the same shall be disconnected immediately.

6.        No telephone instrument will be provided for this connection.

7.        No installation charges will be taken for providing this second connection

8.        The first connection against which the second connection is being taken should have the required ARD/Security as per the existing policy. The ARD for the new connection shall be Rs 1000/-

9.        No volume or any other discounts will be applicable on the connections provided under this scheme.

10.    Conversion of existing second wire line connection under this scheme is permitted.
