One ISDN BRA connection would be offered free of cost(No rentals, but usage charges will be there) to the individuals or organizations having two PSTN lines and whose average monthly bill is in excess of the Rs. 10,000/- on these two lines taken together.

Other terms
and conditions
i) It is not applicable for DID EPABX (BSNL
Franchisee) scheme, Licensed Telecom Service Providers and only incoming PRI
subscribers.
ii) The above charges shall be on non-graded
basis.
iii) Migration of one plan to another plan will
be permissible without any additional charges.
iv) Other terms and conditions shall remain
unchanged as mentioned in existing tariff of ISDN PRI.
