• Inet connection in Cities having Inet Nodes :
  Application forms can be obtained from the Commercial officer of the City ( Rs. 50 /- ) in which the connection is required.
•  Inet connection in Cities NOT having Inet Nodes or for Inet connection at Multiple Locations :

1. Registration of Demand at CGM, Data Network, 4^th floor, Lobby No.1, 4^th Floor, Mahanagar Doorsanchar Sadan, 9 C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110 003 
2. On encashment of Application fee, application form shall be sent to the customer to be filled and deposited in the city in which the connection is required.
