Note
1.	Registration Fee is Rs.10,000/- per Vsat which is adjustable in the demand note issued before installation.
2.	In Case of space provided at item no.7 is not sufficient, you may attach an annexure giving details of the locations where Vsats are required.
3.	D.D. should be in favour of Accounts Officer, O/o The Director(Satellite), Western Telecom Projects, Mumbai and drawn on any bank in Mumbai.
4.	Charges payable for cancellation of Demand are as follows:
	(a) 25% of the Registration fee i.e. Rs.2500/- is deducted in case the request for cancellation is made before allotment letter is issued.
	(b) Full registration fee is forfeited in case the request for Cancellation of demand is made after allotment letter is issued.
