Sub:     Request for proposal of Fixed Cellular Terminal (FCT) from manufacturers.

BSNL is in the process of deploying the Fixed Cellular Terminal in its network for the subscribers.  In this regard proposals are requested from all the manufacturers.  Manufacturers are requested to suggested in their proposals various models for selling the FCTs after bundling it through BSNL services. 

Based on the various proposals, BSNL will take necessary action to provide FCT to the customers.  The proposals may be sent on the following address by 10^th August, 2006 through mail/post.
